CARAMEL SA was founded in 1984. Since then it has been operating in the children's wear market as an importer, manufacturer and distributor both in wholesale and retail, holding in its brand portfolio some of the most well-known and respected market brands.
In 1985 it started its collaboration with the Italian company Grant Spa and after a while it acquired the licence for distributing Grant in Greece and Cyprus. In 1988 Caramel started the development of a chain of stores under the brand name GRANT, expanding through company owned stores and through a successful franchising system. Currently, 31 Grant stores are operating in Greece and Cyprus. Today, Caramel is considered today to be among the market leaders in children's wear, having developed one of the most well organized sales networks in Greece and Cyprus. Caramel currently employs more than 120 people. |
